HCDE Equipment

Equipment Policies and Late Penalties

Equipment must be picked up within one hour of reservation start time, or reservations will be automatically deleted. Equipment must be picked up during front office hours.

Equipment must be returned by the end of the reservation end time and with all components. Failure to do so will result in restrictions, as follows:

  • First violation: Written warning issued
  • Second violation: Loss of equipment privileges for 60 days
     

Equipment Checkout Time Frames

All equipment can be checked out for classroom and research purposes for up to 24 hours by HCDE faculty, staff, and majors:

Longer reservation times may be granted depending on equipment demand. To request a longer reservation, email the HCDE Main Office.
