Service Design for Complex and Impactful Experiences

Are you interested in learning how service design can help you understand complex ecosystems and create connected and impactful experiences? If so, you are invited to attend a presentation by Todd, who will share his insights and lessons learned from applying service design principles in a large and complex organization like Microsoft.

Todd Allmond  is a design leader with 13 years of experience who transforms experiences by fusing human-centered design principles to define innovative concepts, products, services, and experiences that resonate deeply with customers. Todd uses the power of behavioral psychology and experience design to drive tangible business outcomes, enhance CX, elevate UX design, and develop transformative strategies that led to increased revenue growth and decreased effort.

The UX Speaker Series is hosted Thursdays in Winter Quarter by the Department of Human Centered Design & Engineering at the University of Washington. Presentations are open to the public.
