Please Stop Working on UX No One Really Needs

"There are a lot of really usable products out there that don’t exactly address customer needs." Paul Elrif will give a few examples of what he means by that, hold a short class discussion on how this problem is so prevalent, then describe one or two methods that can be used to help solve this problem.
Paul Elrif is a principal at Caelus where he works on all kinds of UX problems for a variety of clients. Previous to his time at Caelus, Paul spent 14 years at Microsoft, and a couple of years at Hewlett-Packard. Paul holds a doctorate in experimental psychology from Tufts University.
Elrif also owns and operates Dragonfly Nutrition, a nutrition bar company that specializes in making raw, organic, gluten free nutrition bars.
