HCDE Welcomes Scott Rivers

The Department of Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) is pleased to welcome Scott Rivers as the department's Computing Manager.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communication Management and has multiple certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, Network+, and A+.

In his role as HCDE's Computing Manager, Scott will work with the College of Engineering (the current source of HCDE's IT support) to transition over the department’s support, and he will then independently manage computer support and resources for HCDE.

Scott says that his hobbies have always been aligned with his career goals. In his free time, he enjoys LAN parties, video games, level design, keeping up learning new technologies, hiking, and camping.
