The Department of Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) is pleased to welcome Emily Gunther as the department's newest staff member. Emily will be joining HCDE's Student Services team as a Program Assistant.
Prior to joining HCDE, Emily worked as a Program Coordinator in UW's Professional and Continuing Education and also worked in UW's Office of Undergraduate Admission. While away from HCDE, Emily also runs her own business, Auntie Em's Petsitting Services. Emily has also been volunteering at Woodland Park Zoo since 2008. Emily is an avid knitter, traveler, and bat enthusiast, and she says that she is "a non-engineer who is passionate about engineering and design."
