Laboratory for Usability Testing and Evaluation (LUTE)

Founded in 1989, the Laboratory for Usability Testing and Evaluation (LUTE) assists faculty and student researchers who study usability engineering and user interface design. LUTE supports a variety of formal experiments and research methods, including usability tests, focus groups, and co-design processes. In 2007, LUTE won the ACM SIGDOC Diana Award "… for their long-term contribution to the field of communication design."
