Internship Agreement

All internship requirements are spelled out in an internship agreement that is prepared by the internship adviser. A copy of this agreement is provided the student prior to the beginning of the internship. The agreement must be signed by the student, the internship adviser, and the internship supervisor at the company. It is the student's responsibility to secure the signature of the internship supervisor and to return the signed agreement to the internship adviser before the end of the first week of the quarter.
